1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1 When ordering services on the Contractor’s website, the Customer shall follow the online ordering procedure.
1.2 The Agreement shall be valid for the period set out therein, after which it can be automatically extended for a period agreed upon by the Parties until it is terminated by the Customer or SAZARA OÜ.
1.3 SAZARA OÜ may terminate or restrict the use of the service on a specified date or at the end of any extension period if the Customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
1.4 Services can only be used by the Customer with the permission of the SAZARA OÜ. If the Customer makes use of any services of SAZARA OÜ without permission or fails to pay for the service extension, SAZARA OÜ shall have the right to terminate cooperation.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER
2.1 The Customer shall ensure that the information provided by the Customer is true and correct and shall be fully responsible for the rejection of documents that are unreliable or incomplete.
2.2 The Customer shall promptly notify SAZARA OÜ in writing of any changes in contact details specified in the order form.
2.3 The Customer shall be liable for maintaining the business activities of the company and for submitting annual reports. Failure to pay duties and taxes will result in the company losing its status and incurring penalties and legal consequences. The Customer shall be responsible for fulfilling all the obligations of the company.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTOR
3.1 SAZARA OÜ shall take due care to ensure the security of any data or information about the Customer according to the Privacy Policy.
3.2 SAZARA OÜ will only accept orders provided that the Customer is directly responsible for the payment of services.
3.3. SAZARA OÜ shall observe the following principles: act honestly; act to the benefit of each client, and provide good client service.
3.4 By accepting a request from the Customer, SAZARA OÜ thereby agrees to cooperate. An order shall be deemed accepted at the time the electronic confirmation is sent.
3.5 SAZARA OÜ shall be entitled to charge a fee for any extra costs necessary to execute the order. The number of extra costs shall be agreed upon in advance.

3.7 If the Customer did not request any additional or more detailed information, SAZARA OÜ shall not be responsible if the Customer takes any time period for the order execution the wrong way.
3.8 If SAZARA OÜ tried to contact the Customer for the extension of services and did not get any response from the Customer, SAZARA OÜ may unilaterally suspend the cooperation agreement.
3.9 SAZARA OÜ shall not be liable for actions of third parties involved in the execution of the order, namely notary offices, translation bureaus, government agencies, and postal operators.
4. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
4.1 To start cooperation, SAZARA OÜ shall receive payment in full.
4.2 The following payment methods are available for SAZARA OÜ clients:
- wire transfer;
- payment by credit card at the SAZARA OÜ office;
- payment in cash at the SAZARA OÜ office;
- Western Union/Moneygram;
- PayPal;
- cryptocurrency payment.
4.3 The Customer shall check that SAZARA OÜ receives payment in full. If SAZARA OÜ does not receive payment in full, the service will not be provided.
4.4 Before starting cooperation, the Customer shall inform SAZARA OÜ of the preferred method of payment for the ordered service so that SAZARA OÜ can provide correct payment details.
4.5 The Customer shall timely pay all state fees that arise during the execution of the order.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 SAZARA OÜ fees are non-refundable. Regardless of whether the provided service is suspended, cancelled or extended before the expiration of the current service period, the Customer shall not be entitled to request a refund or use the paid amount to order other contracted services from SAZARA OÜ.
6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION
6.1 The Customer shall not provide false and illegal materials/information of any kind. If the Customer fails to observe this rule, the Customer will be notified by email that failure to observe the rules may lead to the suspension of cooperation.
6.2 If any dispute arises between the Parties out of or in connection with the Agreement, the Customer shall use efforts to resolve the dispute amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute can be referred to the Harju County Court.
6.3 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Estonian law.
7. SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
7.1 The Customer shall not violate any security aspects and agreements with SAZARA OÜ or allow others to do so.
7.2 The Customer shall not be entitled to use any software tool to retrieve data from the SAZARA OÜ website.
7.3 The Customer acknowledges that any violation is unlawful and may lead to criminal prosecution.
7.4 SAZARA OÜ shall be fully responsible for the storage and non-disclosure of Customer data to third parties not involved in the execution of the order.
8. FOREIGN TAXES AND DUTIES
8.1 The Customer shall be fully responsible for the payment of any taxes and duties due in the Customer’s country of residence.
9. LINKS TO OTHER RESOURCES
9.1 SAZARA OÜ may, at its sole discretion, provide links to other websites/resources for the convenience of the Customer. Such websites/resources are operated by third parties not controlled by SAZARA OÜ. Therefore, SAZARA OÜ shall not be responsible for the privacy policy, data collection methods, content, accuracy of the information, and/or quality of services provided or advertised on such third-party websites.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
10.1 SAZARA OÜ shall not be liable to the Customer for failure to provide ordered services if such failure is caused by any events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10.2 Neither Party shall be liable to the other Party for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Parties, that could not be foreseen or avoided, including declared or actual war, civil unrest, epidemics, earthquakes, floods, fires and others natural disasters, actions of state or municipal authorities, and other force majeure circumstances.
10.3 A Party that fails to fulfil its obligation due to force majeure shall promptly, but no later than 3 (three) days from the occurrence of such circumstances, notify the other Party of the hindrance and how it affects the fulfilment of its obligations.
10.4 A Party that fails to notify the other Party of the impossibility of fulfilling its obligations hereunder shall not be entitled to invoke such impossibility.
